1. What were the obstacles that would have prevented you from choosing/hiring Biddyco?
Probably a lack of understanding of the potential for social media advertising. I’d certainly done a bit myself and I had a basic understanding of how the system works and I’ve had a fair bit of success running my own small lookalike campaigns and that kind of thing. But over the time that I started doing that, Facebook ads have become so much more complex and it’s an ever changing landscape. And I was just daunted by trying to choose the right team to work with.
2. What have you found as a result of hiring us?
After working with Biddyco, we’ve increased our monthly revenue by about a 3 to 4x, which is, you know, crazy. It’s a strong reassurance that we made the right decision and chosen the right team to work with. It’s so much work for a small business to really handle themselves without hiring an in-house team or something like that. So for me, it’s one less thing I have to worry about.
3. What specific feature or thing do you like most about our services?
I know that you guys are constantly looking at newer audiences and evaluating which ones are working. I’ve never done A/B testing before purely because just it takes time and effort and analytical skills that not every small business operator has. Apart from the obvious, you know, increasing revenue, expanding audiences, bringing new customers into the fold, the reassurance of knowing that there’s a team that is working in the background, taking care of these things, who are experts in the field and keeping on top of changes, within the industry, within audiences and within the way the system works.
