1. What were the obstacles that would have prevented you from choosing/hiring Biddyco? What hesitations did you have before signing?

We were so close to giving up altogether on Facebook ads given our low ROAS before we found Biddyco.

2. What have you found as a result of hiring us?

We were around a 0.3x ROAS before working together and are now at 1.5x!!! Incredible.

3. What specific feature do you like most about our services?

It’s hard to pick just one:

• Weekly reports are very clear and not jargon-y
• Creative is delivered in a way that makes feedback easy
• Creative and strategy/analytics are clearly talking to each other behind the scenes

But the best thing is obviously just the increasingly great performance in the account.

4. What did you like about Biddyco compared to other options you’ve used in the past?

You don’t seem like a huge corporate agency! Loved everyone I worked with and the quality of services didn’t diminish over the course of our year+ long partnership (at many other agencies, it does). Biddyco also clearly builds off of creative that’s working and have structure for creative; sometimes that is actually quite rare.

Yes! For all the reasons above.
