1. What were the obstacles that would have prevented you from choosing/hiring Biddyco?

We were looking for honesty and experience above all else when searching for an agency. We felt a good level of transparency from our conversations together and felt like our expectations were aligned. We already had some bad experiences working with account managers who promised instant results and pressured us to spend more without even understanding the fundamentals of our business, so it was important to find an agency that would spend time to truly get to know our business. It was also great to see that you already had a roster of digitally-native consumer brands and weren’t spreading yourself thin across too many verticals.

2. What have you found as a result of hiring us?

Revenue has increased 4x since starting work together! We feel like we’ve found a true partner who has our best interest in mind. Within Facebook/Instagram, we’re really excited about how much creative we’ve been able to test over that past five months. There are also definitely big fundamental shifts in how we approach Facebook advertising, mostly in regards to how much we allow Facebook to optimize for us, from bidding strategies to conversion optimization. Prior to working together, we were over optimizing for top of funnel activity and weren’t trusting Facebook to leverage its data. We’ve also found new audiences that we never had thought about testing before working with Biddyco.

3. What specific feature or thing do you like most about our services?

We love how high touch our relationship has been. Being able to chat with our Account Manager weekly to bounce ideas and understand exactly what is happening in Ads Manager has definitely made us feel like we’re in good hands.

We also love that you have a creative team in house, who can not only create awesome content but also provide fresh ideas for our business as well (the product brainstorm you did for non-wedding ring products was immensely helpful!)
