1. What was the obstacle in your mind that would have prevented you from signing with Biddyco? 

 The biggest obstacle we had in mind was our lack of experience with paid social campaigns. It felt like we were stabbing so blindly at the beginning without a baseline. However, we were happy to see that Biddyco were experts in their field and provided us strategic guidance though it all.

2. What did you find as a result of hiring Biddyco? 

After a few months of working together, we were able to see a 3x ROAS and a big increase in revenue, thanks to new product launches and advertising.

3. What specific feature did you like most about our services?

Biddyco has a very strong team and account management with very clear weekly reports, and thoroughly explained each metric to us while we were learning. The account manager we were assigned was very responsive and amazing. She made sure all of our questions were answered, all of our needs were met, and made it seem like we were her only client due to how attentive she was. It was a big difference from a prior agency experience.

4. What do you like most about working with Biddyco compared to other options? 

On the creative side, we really appreciated how Biddyco had a great grasp on video creatives and how to leverage organic content. 

On the account side, we really liked the clear reports and strong account management. We have had experiences in the past with other agencies who would send a report with two links and left you to decipher it alone. This wasn’t the case with Biddyco. Our account manager walked us through each report and answered any questions we had.

5. Would you recommend Biddyco?

I would strongly recommend Biddyco, especially for companies starting off running ads. We appreciated how Biddyco held our hand through this entire process and took their time to help us navigate, teach us which metrics were working, understand which audience to target, and the entire landscape. Biddyco built a great customer relationship with us which makes them stand out from all other agencies. We really appreciate all of the strategic guidance their agency provided us.
