We’ll walk through all of your questions on the call and I’ll share more about our process as well as packages/pricing options. But the below will cover the most common questions that come up:
How are you different from other agencies?
First, we’re hyper-specialized. We only do one thing, and we do it extremely well: make performance-focused paid social ad creative. We don’t do email design, packaging design or anything else.
Most agencies are only capable of doing just UGC or just static ads.
We produce UGC, hybrid formats, motion, advanced animation, and product-led creative because real performance comes from variety. Scaling requires multiple formats working together, not one trend carrying the account.
We’re also not just an extra set of hands.
We don’t wait for tasks. We study your account. We analyze performance. We identify patterns. Then we recommend what should be built next.
Who am I working with? What does the team look like?
You work directly with our creative team. That includes creative directors, designers, animators, copywriters, and strategists who specialize in performance creative, not junior account reps or outsourced production.
Our creative team is US-based and pretty senior level talent. No offshore fulfillment, no white-labeled labor, and no layers between you and the people doing the work. You’ll have real access to the creative team, not just an account manager passing notes.
Will you help us decide what to test or do we need to bring ideas?
We do both. Some clients bring ideas. Most rely on us to drive strategy. We audit your account, look at trends across other brands, analyze performance, and propose what should be tested next. You’re never solely responsible for “feeding” us ideas.
How much input do you need from us upfront?
The first two weeks involve brand intake, account access, and strategy alignment. After that, the workload on your team drops significantly.
Do you do media buying too, or just creative?
We focus exclusively on ad creative. We do not manage ad accounts or place media. Most of our clients either run media in-house or work with a separate media agency. We stay in our lane and specialize in creative because that’s where we drive the biggest performance gains.
Do we have to ship product to creators?
Usually we handle this and it works so much more smoothly if you give us back-end access to your site to ship things out directly. You would have to absorb the COGS and shipping costs of course.
How do you source creators?
We have our own private network of vetted creators that we tap into. But we’re also doing a heavy amount of new creator recruiting each month based on our clients’ target customer.
Do you support YouTube and landscape formats too?
Yes. We create content for feed, story/reels, and landscape as needed. You don’t need to choose between formats; we handle resizing and reframing to ensure ads perform natively across placements.
Do you use influencers with large followings?
No. Our creators are hired to produce content, not distribute it. We are not an influencer agency. You own the content and can run it as paid media. This is a different model than influencer marketing where the value is their audience rather than the creative itself.
What if I already have lots of footage?
That’s often ideal. We regularly take existing content and improve it with better hooks, motion, editing, and structure. If you already have an asset library, we can unlock significantly more value from it without reshooting everything.
