1. What were the obstacles that would have prevented you from choosing/hiring Biddyco?

We are still a startup brand so the monthly financial obligation was our only set back from jumping on board quicker. However, we were pleased to know that the monthly fee was incentive and performance based instead of ad spend. They succeed, if we succeed and we perform together as a team.

2. What have you found as a result of hiring us?

We have had a significant increase in revenue and website visits. Our online retail sales have increased about 300% since starting. We are venturing into Snapchat and other avenues with the guidance of our Biddyco team to have an even larger internet presence.

3. What specific feature or thing do you like most about our services?

The attention the Biddyco team has to our account is great. We have a dedicated account manager and he takes the time to understand our brand, host weekly calls to discuss performance and how we can improve if needed. The creative team also delivers great creative that is consistent with our brand while also experimenting with some outside the box thinking.
