What was the obstacle in your mind that would have prevented you from signing with Biddyco?

We were only a few months in the business working with a NYC-based digital agency on our Paid Social campaigns. Our biggest issue with this team was the lack of strategic guidance and proactive thinking. We had so much to work on as a new business that we didn’t have time for hand-holding. When we worked with a consultant to find a new agency partner for our growing company we needed a few things: 1) proactive partnership 2) strategic guidance 3) a team that would feel like an extension of our own 4) fair pricing 5) improved metrics / ROAS.

With Biddyco – we achieved ALL five of these.

If they were going to do what they SAID they were going to do. They did & more.

What did you find as a result of hiring Biddyco?

True partnership. We have a dedicated account manager, Emily, who is just fantastic at her job. She is thoughtful, strategic, proactive – she gets how fast, DTC start-ups work and does everything she can to keep things moving and to optimize performance / campaigns regularly. She & the team not only execute our campaigns flawlessly but they have improved ROAS by 100%.

In addition, they are often sending e-mails with proactive thoughts on how to improve performance without added resources/time spent on our end. They’ll present an opportunity for us to act on and upon approval will execute it.

I really couldn’t recommend Biddyco more. They are not only good at their jobs – but they are also great people. They are easy to work with and are invested in the success of your campaigns (which is also smartly built into their business model).

Their expertise. Strategic guidance. And watching our paid social performance improve month over month, year after year.

Absolutely. I’ve already sent 3-4 other companies to them.

Is there anything you’d like to add?

As a start-up, we are often pitching investors. Biddyco has helped me on several occasions think through the best way to present our campaign performance/data for investor decks that have helped us secure additional funding. I understand that this might not always be the case, but they have always responded immediately and sent me over data in a day or two.

I also appreciate their dashboard. Our previous Digital Agency partner here in NYC used PDF presentations to present performance each week. There was no easy way to look back at performance over a time period and/or in one place without their team putting a new deck together. This has been necessary to continue optimizing our campaigns.
